Client Need
Greystar, an internationally operating real estate organization with a strong focus on quality and innovation, set out to elevate its new office space in the Zuidas. Located next to its headquarters in The Hague, this new location needed to align with the existing brand identity while also offering a contemporary and inspiring work environment.

The brief was clear: create a professional and representative office space that exudes confidence, while also providing room for collaboration, flexibility, and connection. A place where employees feel at home, and where visitors immediately experience the strength of the brand.

Our Approach
We began with a thorough analysis of the location and the organization’s daily workflows. The core of the design focused on creating a calm, clear, and efficient working environment in which different functions—reception, consultation, focus, and meeting—flow naturally into one another.

Through intelligent layout decisions and a carefully considered circulation plan, a spacious and well-structured floor plan was created. A light base palette combined with warm, natural tones forms the foundation of the interior. This is enriched with carefully selected materials, furniture, and lighting, resulting in a high-quality and welcoming atmosphere.

Every detail reflects Greystar’s identity: international, professional, and future-oriented, with a strong emphasis on comfort and experience.

From the moment of entry, visitors are immersed in Greystar’s core values: quality, reliability, and vision. The entrance is open and transparent, with subtle design elements that create a refined and contemporary expression.

Workspaces are optimized for focus and efficiency, while informal meeting areas and collaboration zones encourage interaction and exchange. The balance between calm and dynamism results in a work environment that is both productive and inspiring.

Through high-quality finishes and a consistent design language, the office becomes more than a functional space—it actively strengthens the overall brand experience.
