Nobel Capital, a forward-thinking investment firm with a clear vision for the future, aimed to elevate their new office environment to the next level. The brief was to create a professional and stylish workspace that exudes confidence, while also offering openness and connection.

The location—The Lobby Zwaansvliet in Amsterdam—called for a design that reflects both the dynamism of the city and the high-quality services of Nobel Capital. Maison Libre was commissioned to oversee the entire process, from design through to realization.

Our Approach
We began with a thorough analysis of the existing space and the organization’s daily workflows. The foundation of the design lies in light, calm, and clarity.

Through intelligent spatial planning, a layout was created in which key functions—reception, consultation, focused work, and meetings—flow seamlessly into one another.

A fresh, neutral base palette with soft natural tones forms the backdrop for carefully selected furniture, textures, and lighting.
